Improving access

We are working to improve access to appointments for our patients, in particular at evenings and weekends. If you would like to be offered one of these appointments, please ask. These appointments may be at a different site.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

There has been a significant change to the legislation regarding data protection. A new regulation called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is now in place. We at Talbot Medical Centre have amended our procedures to meet the new regulations. A privacy notice can be found on our practice website under how we use your data. If you have any queries or concerns or need further advice or information please ask at our reception desk.

TMC Rated "Good" by CQC

Thanks to everyone who made comments or participated in the CQC visit, which we had on Friday 9th February 2018.  Our overall ratings were good in all areas, i.e. they are safe, effective, caring, responsive to people's needs and well led. See the report here.

We will be starting our Flu clinics for winter 2018 in September. Please ask at reception for an appointment if you are over 65, pregnant or have a chronic disease like Asthma or diabetes.
