Non NHS Services

Some of the services we offer are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples of this include the following:

• Medicals (HGV, LGV, Taxi, Airline etc)
• Insurance claim forms
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates
• Statements of fact (e.g. Mitigating Circumstances letters)
• Non-NHS letters (e.g. for Housing, Bus passes, Evidence of Appointment)
• Firearms licencing report

These fees are available on request and our reception team will be happy to advise you about them.

We regret we are not able to sign patients' passport applications as signatories are required to know the individual personally and not professionally (www.gov.uk)

For some non-NHS services we may require payment in advance.
