Households struggling to pay for essential costs such as food and energy can apply for a Household Suppport Fund grant voucher via the BCP Citizen’s Advice team.

The team can also offer additional support to help maximise your income, including practical budgeting and debt management support.
Vouchers will be offered to eligible residents in two rounds over the winter, with the first round opening for applications on Monday 11 November until Friday 6 December. The funds are limited compared to number of applications that are received, and grants are prioritised for the most vulnerable low-income households.
